Thank you. But you people are talking from the perspective of a person who believes in the system as you were told to believe. I know you mean well but things don't work the way you think they. I had a lawyer at one point and asked him to document some changes the government had made in some court documents. His reply was "What do you want to do? Get yourself killed?" And that was the end of that conversation.
Remember, Karen Silkwood was alive until she tried to turn over documents to the press, then she ended up dead. Its not like people are jumping up and down in a hurry to support me.
In fact, at one point the law firm that participated in the Karen Silkwood lawsuit, offered to help - I actually ran an ad in a paper asking for legal help.
But I was under such stress and it seemed like such a formadable(sp) task, that I gave up. Besides, they wanted to file suit against my former employer and not the government. But they did actually believe me and offered assistance.
I'm just searching for effective ways to fight back and protect myself from the government's damaging actions. Reading some of these threads does give me ideas and hope.
For example, it has to really piss off the Feds that I make public the fact that they steal and damage personal property in order to inflict economic hardship on citizens. My position has always been that if they don't want the American people to know what they do - DON't DO IT. Maybe that's simplistic but it seems obvious to me.
Thanks for your imput.
