Obama says: Republicans will use Race...
As a dividing issue... Right,,,,after his past History of attending a Racist Bigots Church (Rev. Wright) for 20 years, he now is trying to say it's the Republicans that're the Racist Assholes.
Obama says Republicans will use race to stoke fearFri Jun 20, 2008 7:19pm EDT
By Caren Bohan
JACKSONVILLE, Florida (Reuters) - Democratic presidential contender Barack Obama said on Friday he expects Republicans to highlight the fact that he is black as part of an effort to make voters afraid of him.
"It is going to be very difficult for Republicans to run on their stewardship of the economy or their outstanding foreign policy," Obama told a fundraiser in Jacksonville, Florida. "We know what kind of campaign they're going to run. They're going to try to make you afraid.
"They're going to try to make you afraid of me. He's young and inexperienced and he's got a funny name. And did I mention he's black?"
He said he was also set for Republicans to say "he's got a feisty wife," in trying to attack his wife Michelle.
"We know the strategy because they've already shown their cards. Ultimately I think the American people recognize that old stuff hasn't moved us forward. That old stuff just divides us," he said.
Obama, born to a white mother from Kansas and a black father from Kenya, has cast himself as a candidate who can bridge divides within the country, including those involving race.
It has been rare for him to bring up the topic during his presidential bid. In March he gave a widely praised speech on the subject after receiving criticism over racially charged comments by his longtime pastor.
Obama, who faces Republican John McCain in the November election, would be the first black U.S. president.
What a crock of Shit.

I'd say that's true. I'd also say that it's been typical of the last couple elections to use fear in the mind of the public to garner votes for Republicans. Fear of terror, fear of gay marriage, fear of anything that would gain a vote. Terrorism has already won, as fear has swayed our votes towards the warmonger party.
I would ask voters to ask themselves this question before going to the polls in November..."Do you like where the Republican party has led us during the last 8 years"? If the answer is no, please vote Democratic this election cycle and lets move out of the cycle of fear, war, destruction and economic collapse!

I expected Hussein to play the race card, but someone needs to tell this Muslim that he has displayed his approval of the most hateful racists in this country.
Hussein also calls for higher gas prices as 76% Americans call for more domestic drilling to lower gas prices.
Again, this cherry shows he has more dead brain cells than living brain cells.

Chances are you have a very selective memory Jan. The Dems have told us the Repubs would end S/S, stop Medicare, and steal candy from babys along with forcing the Elders to eat Cat Food...
Obama's just keeping the tradition of Fear alive in the Dems... He comes from a known Religious Racist Past,,,and then accuses the Repubs of being the same as he is....
The Irony is very amusing.

Oh really!?!?!? As a matter of fact, no, I don't remember the Dems saying that Realist! Not at all.
However, if Bush had gotten his way with SS, it would be a gamble on the stock market by now. Far less than a guarenteed investment.

How about waiting to see if the GOP will use race in this campaign? Instead the big racist phony from the King racist church of Jerry Wright, is projecting. Isn't it neat how bigots will hide their own bigotry by accusing their opponents of what they truly are themselves.
Thieves always have bigger locks.

With a population of 300 million+,,,and with 2/3 of the Population stating they're basically Conservative in their daily Lifestyles,,,it does make a person wonder.
Most of us aren't on Welfare, Drug Abusers, Homosexuals, Social Leeches...Or Liberal Democrats...
Why would Obama say such things? Oh!,,,The Media backs him.
The Elite Liberals...
