If the liberals really believe as much....why did the tax roll back in the form of this last "rebate" pass though the house almost to the man? Thus, they must believe that less taxes and more spending works....for surely they are not guilty of passing this measure because its an election year and they are "pandering" to the American voter and trying to buy their vote...are they? If they had any principles and held firm to their public policy not one of the "controlling" seats would have allowed this bill to get out of committee...go figure, just what are the American peoples supposed to believe? BD

I would like to ask the many liberals on this site as to just what was the first action that the last real democrat performed when he assumed office....of course He relieved the tax burden of this nation and the working class people, as his campaign slogan went something like this...."Ask not what your country can do for you, but what can I do for my country", and for his efforts he was "politely" killed...for such and an absurd ideology, as the coupe' was successful. And as far as the military goes, I do believe that it was a Democrat that actually gave the order to drop the "only" two nuclear weapons ever deployed as other than a test, and if history is not lying I do believe that it was the polices of Mr. Truman that "propped" up the secular government in Iran, and put the theological dictators at bay, that had helped the Germans and even the Russians during and right after the war effort, that freed them. And as exampled in Eastern Europe, their ideology sure has a grateful attitude as this nation stopped the killing and attempted extinction of those of the Islamic faith. These people do not want freedom they want to control the world.

But sad to say it was another "liberal" democrat and his policy making that helped this man of God( Khomeini), according to Mr. Cater, gain power and gestate the vast and numerous terrorists groups that now encompass the middle east and much of Europe. These jokers that now run the democratic party would not know a true patriotic democrat if one jumped up in front of them as they have been brainwashed to accept the ideology that "everything" bad that happens in the world is the fault of the United States, its just like the battered housewife that accepts the ideology that it is her fault that her husband uses her as a punching bag, as they are always defending the indefensible and blaming us......just what did we do wrong to make these religious nuts hate us so much?
