The guy in the puppy-throwing video, name of Motari, posted in a blog saying that normally they just shoot the dogs as they drive past, and the small ones often starve to death after the mother is shot, so he was, and I quote "doing that dog a favor." He really needs a cheesegrater taken to his face.

[Edit: I'd just like to point out that I haven't seen the video linked above as I'm at work and there'll be a shitstorm if I go on Youtube, but if it's the video of David Motari throwing a dog off a cliff, I've seen it in the past]
