your argument is faulty as a motherfucker. firstly, being a soldier doesn't make you a general. Secondly, commander and chiefs don't do anything strategic and are under advisement from ALL of our Generals. |

Just right, what did Reagen do?
FDR didn't manage the military either. He just turned them lose, under Churchill's control. What guidance did he give MacArthur and Nimitz? In the Pacific, FDR did nothing.
