With all due respect Diz... and it may seem like a small point but a distinction worth mentioning. He was reported to have run before the towers collapsed.
A larger point would be that the emergency managers that were supposed to be overseeing things, ran with him... before the towers fell.
A still larger point would be that the OEM office had just been upgraded with blast proof windows, it's own oxygen system, it's own water supply etc. in the relatively undamaged building seven. Why is it that they never ONCE set foot in that office that day?
But the biggest point by far is that NOT everyone ran that day... the firemen stayed... and payed with their lives.
