Default Tax laws are unlawful, Amendment 16 NEVER ratified

2. A national sales tax would force everyone to pay -- including everyone in the underground economy, criminals and drug dealers. There would be no escaping the tax if you purchased anything and it would not violate our privacy.

Ony two states voted against the income tax amendment when it was proposed. One was Connecticut and the Senator from there predicted that this amendment would make liars out of the whole country and contribute mightily to our moral decline. This has come to pass. It is time to get rid of this tax that favors those who can send money offshore or those who work off the books at the expense of ordinary citizens.

I would very much favor the Ron Paul proposals of amendment to our Constitution. First an amendment to repeal the Sixteenth Amendment, (the income tax), and secondly, an amendment that denies citizenship to the offspring of “illegal” immigrants.

Lew, both of those are fundamental battles we have against those who saddled us with them, the jews. Until you research the basis for both of those proposals, who suggested them, who put them into action, you'll be forever tilting at windmills. If you do the work, educate yourself, and find out who is behind it, you will enter the struggle to preserve America, armed with the hidden truth.

What in your opinion has been left unaddressed by the Constitution or the Bill of Rights? Or is there a part of the Constitution or the Bill of Rights that you think should be repealed?
The best thing America could ever do is to rid herself of the slime-ball Jews who have infested her for much too long. It is time America followed the lead of all the nations of Europe and excised this feculent, malignant growth from the body politic that is rapidly devouring our culture, our money, our decency, our suzerainty, and any prestige we might have left in the world. One more time!!

The only real mistake the founders made in drafting the constitution was the one clause in the preamble, "that all men are created equal," is clearly untrue.

[quote=RASTAMAN;248712]Great ideas.......however, inorder to achieve these changes, We The People would need to find a way to come together as one monolithic voting block! Also, we haven't even addressed the fact that 100 million eligible voters don't even register to vote!!

If they are that apathetic about their government, why would you want them to vote?

The most obvious need of declaration presented in the form of constitutional mandate would be the need to place term limits and have congressional oversight authority for dismissal by committee will, all employees of the civil servant industry to include Supreme Court appointees. As the most blatantly obvious disregard for our constitution has been exampled by none other than those that profess to be the standard bearers for such, they do so without fear of reprisal due to life time appointment and the fear of their self professed power of judicial review that varies drastically form that of its intended nature of going to the constitution only for arbitration of any legal impasse. It's time indeed that "we the people" exercised our constitutional right and flexed our "representative republican" muscles, and demonstrated to these little dictators the fact that they exist solely to serve us, not inversely so. The power is there, all we need to do is implement its use. Its time to cut the "umbilical" cord that is Federally mandated by the social communist and allow "we the people"/states to direct our own lives as per the 10th article of our states "Bill of Rights", that limits Federal Power...the NANNY STATE must go, it has no place whatsoever in a "representative republic" as declared in Article 4 Section 4 of our constitution. As our founders indeed demonstrated by their exact wording of drafting our constitution that the power of this nation should rest squarely upon the shoulders of the STATES/PEOPLE, not on some central socialized monster that has taken on a power of its own and became a separate entity that rules by the continued opining of new laws from the federal benches of our nation. The more you legislate, the more you dictate. BD

The country would be a ot more liberal then. The Constitution is a very Conservative document as it gives more representation to Conservatives states that are more of a dead weight on the country than anything. New York, a very good and productive state, has two senators just like a worthless and counterproductive state like Mississippi does. And the electorial college further adds to that advantage for Conservatives

To bobboman: I agree; however, the XVI Amendment (and XVII Amendment) was never ratified. This link should get you to a bunch of blogs about the issue:
