Straight marriage then sex change operation= ?

My wife and I are hetero but what would be our legal status if one of us got a sex change operation? Would that nulify our marriage? What if someone gets a sex change operation, gets married, then reverses the procedure? What exactly constitutes a sex change operation? If two gays married, one posing as an opposite gender, gets married and then claims to have gotten a sex change operation in Sweden? I think about this from time to time. I sometimes think about gas prices, illegal aliens, gay rights, politics, American Idol. Influence of TV I guess. Takes my mind off really serious issues like hunger, disease, disability, disasters, ignorance, peace, love. I apologize for the rambling. Its going to be OK though, peace out.

one can legally change their sex. I'm not sure about the whole process but it is possible. I don't think we have the legalities figured out yet.
