A Peoples Referendum has the signatures to negate the San Franciso 9th court ruling...
A vote will be called on this farce by the Liberals. The People will win. The 3-4% of the mentally and/or genetic incompacitated homosexual Liberals will lose again.
This is an ongoing occurence by Liberals.
They do the same thing with asking us all to release the child molesters and rapists after they tell us the perverts "will never do it again"...

In your opinion, the majority of the American people disagree with you, therefore, they should have their freedoms taken away as a punishment?
Did you say something about a mean spirit?

What are the chances of 9 idiot Liberals catering to the homosexuals,,,surviving an Impeachment Call by the whole State.?
Unless the entire 9th district shithead Liberal court is homosexual???,,,they'll be bright enough to say....
The People Rule. Not the perverts,,,or genetic defects.

Are you saying that civil rights are something that can be voted on and majority rules?

What they are saying is that the voters decision conflicts with the California State Constitution. They have every right to interpret whether a California law is within the bounds set forth in their state constitution or not, makes no difference if that law was passed by legislators or by a voter referendum or by hairy alien visitors from another galaxy.
If the voters still want the law to stand, then they have to amend the constitution so it's allowable or amend the law so it complies with the existing constitution.

So...you support these "majority rule" votes, then.

This same thing happened with Prop 187 about a decade ago. The majority cannot vote away the civil rights of the minority....ever.

Do you see the perverted acts of the mentally/genetic/ socially ill as "Civil Rights"?
Look Bod...If you've never taken the time to figure out why we have "an opposite sex",,,there's nothing I can do for you.
Or, want to. That leaves the obvious answer.
3-4% of the human population has a genetic, or mental,,, possibly enviromental problem?
Your choice.

I disagree.
In this case, these Judges are saying "In their opinion, the people of California should not have the freedom to enact this law"
