before you attack Republicans without any basis you need to know that flyhigher is a Clinton supporter. I don't know about Razzputin. To automatically assume anyone who is as stupid as Flyhigher is a Repubican puts you on the same level he is concerning homosexuality.

The super shrink association removed homosexuality from the DSM back in the 60s & the AMA then followed suit "in spite of and in the face of" much political pressure against removing it. (Nixon erra paranoia; good old GOP again!) A married (assumingly) heterosexual female shrink named Dr. C. Wilbur -Sybal's doctor- was one of the prime movers in having this dropped from the list of diseases & disorders because she saw its inclusion as anti-science and primarily faith & prejudice bsed: she also reasoned its generality through-out human & animal history occured for some evolutionary reason & species-benefit: and she observed & reasoned & questioned that many of the world's great advances & creations were the result of homosexual persons: and that just perhaps this variation was in some way associated with creativity. She always avoided religious matters, but she wisely noted that whatever developed or caused this Creation was certainly far beyond any human understanding or comprehention, and accordingly we need not dabble too much in changing Creation to meet our own design standards. Wise Lady! Poor Razz always seems a bit lite in his fact department, but he makes this interesting and certainly entertaining!

NathBForrest does have a point. Reason & numbers suggest that there must be some good and enlightened republicans out there; but where are they? The public face & positions of the more recent GOP politicians is shameful: they are the primary reason the entire prayer-faith-family values issues-and a person's church going activities are now INSERTED INTO our POLITICS!! The Fallwells-Roberts-Limbaughs-Dobsons-Huckabee put God in the Constitution mantra is more Saudi/Iranian but never American. Then there is the intellegent design as valid science bunch -prayer in place of learning believers -war & killing is ok if your prayers tell you God is on your side crowd -lies & dishonesty are a patriotic duty if your prayers tell you its ok -and greed is ok -stealing wealth from public funds to a friends corporation is ok -a public oath to the Constitution & Nation is not binding if your prayers tell you otherwise -equality before law is only appropriate when everyone is in agreement -modern medicine is good when you are sick, but evolution is wrong -I am a God fearing & fervent Christian, but let that lower 1/3 of the country go homeless, hungry, loose jobs, live without medical attention or equal education, fight & die in my wars...and on and on! If you put enough money into the hands of the already wealthy then they will surely hire the middle class folks to work for them. I believe that Democrats are far more prejudicial than Republicans. You automatically assume because we don't believe it should be the role of the government to provide help to the homeless for example that we are against helping anyone. Nothing could be further from the truth. I don't know if there is a difference in the amount of giving between Christians and atheist but I sincerely doubt it. Why do you think you have to steal my money to give it to someone else?

You have no real idea of how much anyone gives, no idea of what anyone else does to help those in need but to you I sincerely believe its not the giving that matters, its the taking. Its the power you have from being able to dictate how I can spend my own money.

Furthermore, you don't really want to help anyone, you want to keep them in bondage to the government, like the slaves of old so you can continue to exercise that power.
