sexual orientation is an attraction. sex is an action and thus a choice
you can't choose your sexual orientation. if you can, that means all the heteros on this board could feel attraction to the same gender if they really wanted to- and I doubt that's true or that anyone here would agree.
some people, like Kinsey, even said that sexual orientation changes with age. and others said we are all bisexual and society forces us to conform.
and- which I don't believe- some say we are animals who will hump anything thats avalible.
-as far as it goes with being insane, you can only be charged and tried if you knew what you were doing at the time and if you can assit in your own defense. thats not crazy at all. we're not nazis, we care for our mentally ill. and if you are not gulity due to insanity, you don't just go home. you are put in a hospital and are treated. some of these hospitals will not allow someone to be evaluated for discharge for at least 10 years.-
