Default Is Germany ready for a gay leader?

http://www.theage.com.au/news/world/...html?from=rssI am asking this question of the European and International community here on AWE. I will state for the record that I don't beleive that a persons sexual orinetation should be held against them.

I really don't think it matters in the long run. What could cause problems is the chance for blackmail. Those in the gay lifestyle probably have things they wouldn't want made public.

Why not? The British have one. Tony Blair spends most of his time on his knees, fellating Shrub.

Firstly, Tony Blair is not gay (not that it matters). Secondly, he serves under the Queen, thus she is our ruler.

However, it would appear that you are suggesting Mr Bush is gay. Hence: "why not? The Americans already have one."

I am sure the Germans are indeed ready for a gay leader, but he has ruled out the move in favour of Kurt Beck. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Klaus_Wowereit

If you were to read more thoroughly, you would understand that I have not called Mr Bush gay (not that it matters in the slightest), and I have replied to a slur on Bush’s sexuality by another.

I will have you know that I am comfortably drinking tea (and, if you can believe it, eating biscuits!) at the same time as posting this thread. Can you do two things at once? It requires a good connection between both lobes of one's brain.

I don't "chorus" anyone. Everything I post is my own thoughts. I don't just ride on the backs of others like you do.
And no I want to argue not just win.
