Default Bravo EU's REACH

This is a must read for anyone troubled by the unfettered use of toxic chemicals inundating our consumer goods.

Europe's REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals) is forcing the U.S. and the rest of the trading world to accept safer chemicals and products inspite of the best efforts by Bush and U.S. industries to keep toxic chemicals unregulated and ever-present in consumer goods.

Also, a good case for buying European, as long as the U.S. values industry over the health and welfare of its people. Judge for yourself.

Exactly, how does Bush keep toxic chemicals unregulated?
Did Bush fire Congress?

I suggest you read the article and find out, or keep your head in the sand. The choice is yours, but don't condemn a title or partially glanced at research paper just so WOW can remain ignorant.

I could not do the article justice since the political endeavors to trump REACH by US industries, ambassadors and Bush representatives are too involved, and frankly too interesting, for a quick synopsis. However, those efforts did not work and the world is beginning to recognize the dangers of everyday chemical contact and how pervasive they are, especially here in the US (and ofcourse China). You do yourself a disservice by not reading it if you are infact interested in knowing more. If you are just being contrary, I would be wasting my time.

Again, Congress has oversight.
What are Pelosi and Reid doing, except creating political hoaxes and sporting a 13% approval rating?

Europeans hate Americans.
How any American can buy Euro products is beyond me?
