I only hate the Americans who give me a reason to hate them. Those who feel they have to sort the whole world into sections and appoint certain stereotypes to each of them, for example.

I did not have a problem with Euros until they started telling me that they hate me.
I say screw'em, let the dollar fall until the EU goes completely broke. Then they will have a reason to hate me.
