Beginning tomorrow citizens of the great Socialist Utopia will be free to buy, computers, MP3 players, plasma TVs, and stay in local resort hotels, soon they will even be able to have their own cell phones. All they need is to wait for someone to send them the hard currency required to afford any of these new "freedoms".
