Basques are Catholics. They never where conquered by the Muslims in Islamic Spain. So they where Christian since Rome Spread it to Iberia.

Also, they are the only Native Speakers of Non-Romance Languages on the Iberian Peninsula.

Satv I do not know that much about the American Libertarian party ,although I am learning. Anyway, as I had mentioned there are seven main political parties in France with many offshoots so this is not unusual in French politics. French politics tend to swing from one side to the other at every election, sometimes it's a moderate swing and every now and then a major swap. Smaller political parties are taken much more seriously in France and given more media play.

I have not seen much out of Sabine lately although someone else will probably pick up where she left off and run with it...knowing political passion in France.

Despite the differences in the political parties , most end up working well together after the elections. The EU has now surpassed us, as an economic super power and so watching this all play out on the global stage is interesting.

Than I encourage you to look up my rebuttal to NYOB. The party platform speaks for itself on all the idiotic statements made by him.

The EU is a conglomeration of European Nations. Thus like comparing, NAFTA to CAFTA. The United States Economy is the big boy on the block, for now.
