You mean Exxon's reported contributions. Anyway, they're not just funding these organizations, they're setting the agenda.

Yes, compared to Environmental Defenses reported contributions. There is no evidence that Exxon is setting the agenda for any of these organizations.

Yes, because anyone who thinks that human caused global warning is bunk is obviously on the payroll of the oil companies. But of course anyone who supports the idea of human caused global warming is a clear headed individual who only has the good of Gaia on their minds and could never have any ulterior motive.
Sure they look good on their website and they claim all sorts of things. They are talking about themselves. Of course if I bothered to list any websites that question their purity of thought and deed you would simply say those are tools of the Evil Oil Companies!!!
I guess it's easier than thinking for yourself.

"Scare stories"? I thought those BBC links quite telling.
Fact As population and industry has risen, so have carbon dioxide emissions.
Fact Carbon dioxide is a greenhouse gas, contributing significantly to the greenhouse effect.
Simple Conclusion Man is contributing to global warming
Very, very simple.

Yes it is very simple-- man is contributing to global warming that is agreed--BUT HOW MUCH OF THE WARMING IS FROM MAN?
ITS ONE FRICKING DEGREE--FROM A CENTRUY OF INDUSRTRIALIZED MAN.
CLIMATE CHANGE HAPPENS--ITS BEEN HAPPENEING WAY BEFORE MAN--AND WAY BEFORE THE CAVEMEN STARTED DRIVING THEIR SUV's
Man is responsible for less than 1% of this 1 degree climate armageddon
