A partisan hoax that became a persistent urban legend, but which Snopes busted long ago:

http://www.snopes.com/inboxer/hoaxes/presiq.htm

Bush is not my favorite president, but fairer estimates of his IQ, based on his SAT scores and armed forces officer qualifying test scores, put it in the 120-130 range, short of genius, but definitely not stupid.

If Bush is as stupid as the libs say he is, how on earth did he ever learn to be a fighter pilot? But, you can put some Democrats in a car and they are not smart enough to drive it from one end of a bridge to another. And some Democrats are so stupid they don’t know what the word is means.

Bush was never a fighter pilot in the sense of a "Real Fighter Pilot". His entire Guard-Reserve-Pilot is strewn with irregularites and suspect behavior.

Of course you and everyone else are free to believe what you want, however anyone who has served in the military both on active duty, guard or reserve know that Bush has an awful lot strings pulled and documents lost and fabricated to hide his less than honorable and stellar performance while in uniform.

Bush flew a fighter plane. How does this not make him a fighter pilot? Would you say a PFC who has completed boot camp is not a soldier simply because he lacks combat experience?

I am in favor of bashing Bush when he deserves to be bashed. Gratuitous bashing is not only uncalled for, it makes you look like a fool because you apparently cannot have a serious discussion.

Slow down NIMROD on the name calling. There is no film footage showing Bush entering a jet and taking off nor is their any film footage of Bush landing a jet fighter and getting out of the plane.

Also, Bush never showed up for flight physicals! I wonder why? Bush even failed to show up for his physical when he landed a flight instructor job. The regulaltion stated that all pilots whether you are a pilot or an instructor must take their annual flight physical. Seems to me Bush never read the regulation or he just ignored it completely.

Buy hey.....if you want to believe that Bush was a fighter pilot good on you; I won't interrupt your fantasy and wet dream.

Do you have documentation for these claims, or do you still hold Dan Rather up as a paragon among journalists?
