I observed one person in the crowd in that video.

On election night, I saw a sea of American flags in Grant Park. Fox News dug up one Communist Flag.

I hope it was somebody's idea of a joke, but even so, how stupid they were.

It is a form of free expression, would a conservative crowd jumped the guy and ripped up his flag? I think so. Would they have denied the guy his first amendment rights? Yeah.
As much as you and I despise what this person represents, he has the right to express himself.
Perhaps that's the difference between those that profess to defend the constitution and those who do.
