1. Whether or not the voters coined the term, it's still inappropriate for a person of respect. Dennis Kucinich SOMEHOW has a smoking hot wife. Calling her First Fox in Ohio doesn't mean everyone around the world should do it.
2. I watch too much SNL, so that means I'm brainwashed not to think winking and blowing kisses is really unprofessional? If she did that in a corporate job, or as a doctor, or in a courtroom, she would be laughed out of her profession. Let's get real.
3. No! No! What you're telling me is that you would rather have a politician outright tell you that they won't answer your question than at least giving you a broad overview of where they stand? "Do you want to defend Senator McCain's health care plan?" "Oh, I'm still on taxes here." COME ON! "Senator McCain voted against funding the troops, too. It was a procedural vote, everyone understands how these things work." "Oh, it's just so obvious that I'm a Washington outsider, blah blah blah." These were her responses to direct charges leveled by Biden on McCain's record and rather than defend him she fell onto her personality talking points. We should expect better.
4. No, it's not her fault that she's attractive, but it's also not appropriate for someone to whistle and catcall the Vice President. Women have spent over a century railing against being treated that way and it would, in my opinion, do them a disservice to have America's most powerful woman behaving in such a manner.
I think I'm an ok looking guy; I'm not jealous of Gov. Palin. She's a good-looking woman, I suppose. Not my type, but I get it. Fact is, she's glaringly unprofessional and unqualified for the job and is treated like some sort of sexy prom date, not a candidate.

No, but my point is still the same. I mean of all the people that we could be voting for, THESE are our canidates? The top 4, McCain (who has good points), Obama (who has good points, just think he hides too much of his past), Biden (who I like and have to wonder why he didn't step up to the plate since he has more experience then obama), and then Palin (who I like for being one of the people but a bit set tight to the right and also seems to be something about her I can't put my finger on).
So the point was, who of these four really has the intent to run this nation as our founding fathers would have hoped for 200 years ago? |
