Why can McCain call Hillary a pig and get away with it?
A number of months ago, John McCain was attacking Senator Clinton's policies, and he used the phrase, "you can put lipstick on a pig, but its still a pig" and yet no conservatives were outraged by McCain's sexist and disgusting comment.
Or perhaps conservatives think Senator Clinton is a pig?
Or maybe conservatives have a double standard, where Republicans need to be defended by attacking the Democrat with lies, slurs, distortion, fabrications, and taking over the very meaning of words and language in order to win votes, because the conservatives know they and their candidates are bankrupt of ideas.
Conservatives can't afford to talk about the issues, because they know they are wrong on everyone.

No this is payback for making Makacka the issue in the VA Senate race. No one gave Allen slack then, so watch the worm turn.
Let's no forget the Rush and Michael J Fox issue. No wone gave Limabaugh slack, just piled on.
What goes around comes around. Besides the guy is no stranger to being around mean spirited commons. 20 yrs of sitting there listening to Wright, he bing a mentor, the shit must have rubbed off.

I am not a Republican and I could give a fuck less if you are not smart enough not to see that especialy after I tell you I'm not.
I do not like hillary and have not for a while, she turned into a lieing power hungry woman. That will do anything to get into office and I mean anything. She gives women a bad name sorry you can't deal with that. It might interest you to know that I voted for bush the first time then when I realized my utter fucken ignorant mistake I did not the second time. The thing with you party people is you stick with your team good or bad and will never admit your faults. I have no problem in doing so hell that is how we learn but at least I learned. If you think this woman is the mother teresa that would have saved this nation because she cared so much about us then you have not leared anything about the woman. So although it is regretable I do not have a bit of your respect I do not requier it I'm not a follower never have I can stand in the wilderness on my own and be comfortable.

Shadow....I went back and changed that post after I thought the better of it before I even saw your response. The way I wrote it didn't come out right...my bad. And again, some points I agree with ya on. Honestly If I faced a dukakis/McCain vote ...I'd vote McCain and against some other dems too ( back when McCain was McCain) Not all democrats are the same. I vote for the best person ( except in the case of Bush, then anythings better)
I think we probably agree on more things than we think. Lets face it , is there really any politician thats trustworthy. And yes, some less than others.

Oh yes some less than others I definately agree their are dergees of scumbags when it comes to all politicians. And the only ones that can be trusted are tits up under a cross. But while most would vote for economy etc.etc.etc.. I look for bringing back of a more moral society and civic responsability etc.etc. for these are the foundations that the rest will build. That is why I am not for all this far left but do admire a true libitarian and see them as being needed to balance out the other side. For example you can throw all the money you want at school and quality teacher etc.etc.etc. but none of that will do anygood as has been proven. So what is missing well hell teachers tell us all the time but we ignore it until well until our govenor. Teachers have no control in their classroom and are not allowed to dicipline and hell the kids know it. Now the future of our nation and society is based on our kids that is a fact.

Ah, yes, throw out "far left" to describe Obama's positions that are rather close to the positions of Eisenhower and Nixon when running for their first terms in office.
If you are actually a libertarian, I would suggest that you follow the lead of Ron Paul. If you have any principle and honor. Then again, I don't see any evidence that you have any principles nor any honor.
But perhaps you can state your positons without taking words that have meaning and using them in ironic and sarcastic ways to make it clear you intend to be interpreted as insults using the meaning of radical right wing hate mongers.
