Mr. Berg is one of a faction of Clinton supporters who haven't heeded the party's call for unity, filing the suit just days before the opening of the Democratic National Convention, which will nominate Mr. Obama as the party's presidential candidate.

The suit, filed in U.S. District Court in Philadelphia last week, also names the Democratic National Committee and the Federal Election Commission and says Mr. Obama´s mother went to Kenya late in her pregnancy and ended up giving birth there. It also claims that later in life, Mr. Obama declared himself a citizen of Indonesia.

...talk about an October suprise...and this just after liberal's finished shaking off the near disaster of an Edwards/affair/lovechild suprise.

Despite Obama's claims...the lawsuit has not yet been dismissed

...and for some reason...the Obama campain hasnt exactly been forthcoming in their efforts to provide the evidence.

...and for some reason...the Obama campain hasnt exactly been forthcoming in their efforts to provide the evidence.

Even if a lawsuit proves Obama isn't eligible, loopholes will be found by the democrats to squeeze him through any constitutional restrictions. If liberals can bend the first amendent into a wall of separation between church and state you can bet they can bend the other parts of the constitution to fit their ideals too.

"Hell hath no fury..." never saw this coming. And the libs from the alphabet News told us the libs were united. This will be funny, either way. If Barry lied, then what else has he lied about, (besides everything) And if he's is not lying then Hilliary is doing everything to sabotage his election.

Weren't we hearing just yesterday that McCain's pick was a sign of desperation. Now this suit brings desperation to a new level.

Just when the libs get a door open the manage to trip over the threshold. And the networks struggle to produce sitcoms, and they are apart by choice of a combo, reality sitcom, and it eludes them. I hope this gets some legs. It's gettin funner day by day.

I want to see his copy and a normal citizens copy born at the same time same place etc. He is a liar. So is his wife.

I would agree Cane....but if this lawsuit and its accompanying buzz keep gaining traction....Im sure a lot of Obama supporters might think twice about casting a vote for an Indonesian citizen....after he was a citizen of Kenya.

That aside...liberals trying to bend the constitution to vaidate Barack Obama of Kenya...will be up against liberals bending the other direction.....in this case the legions of Klintonites....who no doubtedly will do their best to stop Barack Obama......and get Hitlary to take Barack's place

The Clinton camp has been quiet...besides the dog and pony show for Obama at the DNC....too quiet...the candidate of inevitability isnt quite ready to bow down to the Lord Messiah.
