John McCain, the most gracious Presidential Candidate of our time....
YouTube - Convention Night
This was very nice and thoughtful of McCain...
Obama and his pack of dogs went right for the attack on Palin... Like there isn't enough time to bicker. . .. They should have been gracious and welcomed her to the race.
Instead they were rude and uncongratulatory, and most certainly NOT gracious!
So much for the New face of politics, and a different kind of politician... Sounds just like everyone else with his nasty little attitude... btw, McCain also said Biden was a good choice, and wished him luck!

That was a nice touch. Never have seen this before. And Obama missed an opportunity to return in kind today with a combo birthday, historical pick. He didn't, so it seems McCain has become the agent for change, while Obama has become the same old politician, with his roots in Chicago politics.

No offense, but you might want to change your thread title. Unless I'm missing something, I think you mean... "the most gracious Presidential Candidate of our time" not "out time"...Then again, maybe it was some sort of slip on your part...wishing subconsciously that McCain could go back in time. He would be a much more attractive candidate were he at least 10 years younger.

.... Kinda like Biden.... His age is a concern also....
Thanks for the tip... I thought for a moment (only a moment) that it was an attempt to be gracious, NOT!

Good point it's amazing the contrast between these two candidates, I'm really beginning to like McCain and I think I love Palin.

They say her nickname in college was the "Baracuda" I think we may be looking at the first female President. She is very impressive. It says a lot about her that she chose to have the baby with downs rather than abort him. It also say volumes that her son chose to go into the Army and will be deploying to Iraq soon. Sounds like she raise him well.
