With a slight lead in the polls, it appears Obama thinks he can take some time off. Although Id say a good strategy for running a campaign is if youre ahead, run like youre 10 points behind, but what do I know about running a campagin.

No doubt McCain will use this opportunity to hammer away (although not nearly hard enough) at Obamas rhetoric.

How pitiful it must feel to know that the only hope for the candidate that you support is to be realized by his "hammering away " at his opponent. You see...you have clearly confused economic policy with form of government. You need only look at China to see a capitalist economy run by a totalitarian government. Barack Obama does not seek a new form of government...he is quite happy to lead our democracy.
