Why I am voting Democrat

I'm voting Democrat because I believe the government will do a better job of spending the money I earn than I would.

I'm voting Democrat because freedom of speech is fine as long as nobody is offended by it.

I'm voting Democrat because when we pull out of Iraq I trust that the
bad guys will stop what they're doing because they now think we're good people.

I'm voting Democrat because I believe that people who can't tell us if
it will rain on Friday CAN tell us that the polar ice caps will melt away
in ten years if I don't start driving a Prius.

I'm voting Democrat because I'm not concerned about aborting at least 40 million babies so long as we keep all death row inmates alive.

I'm voting Democrat because I believe that business should not be
allowed to make profits for themselves. They need to break even and give the rest away to the government for redistribution as IT sees fit.

I'm voting Democrat because I believe three or four pointy headed
elitist liberals and judges need to rewrite the Constitution every few days to suit some fringe kooks who would NEVER get their agendas past the voters.

I'm voting Democrat because I believe that when the terrorists don't
have to hide from us over there, they will come over here and I don't want to have any guns in the house to fight them with.

I'm voting Democrat because I love the fact that I can now marry
whatever I want. (I've decided to marry your horse.)

I'm voting Democrat because I believe oil companies' profits of 4% on a gallon of gas are obscene, but, the government taxing the same gallon of gas at 15%, isn't.

Me too!! I said the other day that I was embracing Obamas gas tax idea, by raising gas taxes $2 per gallon and making the gas more expenive it will force Americans to drive less and all that money which is raised by the tax could be used to make Europeans and Arabs like us again. Why we could have a big party and let the Arabs blow up the Washington Monument or Lincoln Memorial! We could let the Europeans take a shit on the flag and wipe their asses on the the Bill of Rights!!

But most of all with the decline in demand for gasoline the gas price will fall and gas will become more affordable. Therefore we can have our cake and eat it too, lots of money for Barry to spend and lower gas prices.

I don't think it's liberals that attack offensive freedom of speech (ahem bong hits for jesus, flag burning, etc...)

I'm not convinced liberals take any fewer liberties with the constitutions in their rulings than conservative judges on the whole. Every ruling is grounded in law in some respect and its not only the libs that have abused this. - but you're right it is an abuse

Everything else, yeah pretty much. Iraq is not worth the cost - benefit. No one thinks it will be easy or safe to abandone it, but there really aren't other reasonable options. Staying there is more unreasonable than leaving. Blame Bush for that predicament, not the democrats the taxpayers or our soldiers.
