I've heard a day before the final 2 primaries that Obama is/was POISED to formally announce that he is/will be the democratic candidate!...unless I'm missing something I believe no formal anything is gonna happen until the convention!

The call the role, alphabetically, and each state will announce who is for who; then the totals are added and when a candidate passes the magic number then the candidate is formally announced.

I think Obama has been very gracious. After all he could have announced in January. Or even last year sometime when the DNC decided who they would nominate.
