Turns out it is....

I'm guessing you are implying the statement that Obama would send troops into Pakistan to pursue Al Qaeda.

Just a little factoid. Not long after that spin by the conservatives after Obama made that comment, the Pentagon did exactly that....

Obama says it,
Obama: If Pakistan doesn't hit Al Qaeda, U.S. must -- Terrorism, Woodrow Wilson, The White House -- chicagotribune.com

Pentagon does it.
U.S. officials: CIA kills top al Qaeda terrorist in Pakistan - CNN.com

Further the Pentagon asks to widen the effort...NOW.
U.S. military urges widening of Pakistan attacks - International Herald Tribune

if the u.s. were to send troopers into pakistan, then the place would revolt by noon. some of our special ops could just be in there. but that wasnt what barak was advocating. he was talking of sweeping armour into there, and apache. drones are fine. { id realy like to see a killer bee }. we are aplying all the due pressure on pakistan now for their support. lets not elect someone who has said he would " pursue " aq operatives. thats just stupid to say that as a presidential prospective.

I gave you the link...I suggest you read it.

He stated specifically,

WASHINGTON - Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama, under attack from a rival who portrays him as naive on foreign policy, declared Wednesday that he would use military force against Al Qaeda operatives hiding in tribal areas of Pakistan if that nation did not move more aggressively against them first.

The Illinois senator said he would take military action as president, if necessary, despite the risk of undercutting Pakistan's leader, President Pervez Musharraf, an important American ally.

"I understand that President Musharraf has his own challenges," Obama said. "But let me make this clear. There are terrorists holed up in those mountains who murdered 3,000 Americans. They are plotting to strike again. ... If we have actionable intelligence about high-value terrorist targets and President Musharraf will not act, we will."

In bold THIS IS EXACTLY what the Pentagon HAS DONE. After he said this.

Nowhere does he state sending troops. You are just adding all kinds of imaginary unicorn fear crap.

In realty you obviously do not have a clue of the current geopolitical situation Obama speaks from & the intelligence community is NOW working from.....

oh, so when someone stumps for president, its okay to be so vague. aq is running rings around the pakistani forts. the uzebecks and kazistanies think its a joke. they opperate with impunity, until they use a cell phone. then its a hellfire right down the chimney. you thought barak was just stating what we have been doing is what he would do? when the hell has he ever done that before. he is the messiah to the masses. his plans are way better then anything we are doing now and you know it too. so, what could he have been advocating here. m1/a2's on the trails. apache armour in the air. you think he will have battalion cordons? he wont need them. a little armour always stiffens the self defence forces, and makes our enemies shit their pants.

Sorry. I gave you facts. You are giving commentary without facts.

Not the same.

You are on the wrong end of this discussion.
