I would like to see the Delegates in Michigan and Florida Bring a lawsuit against the Democrat party for not allowing their vote to be counted. Ole Dean would freak out!

If I were a Delegate not a SUPER just a normal one, I'd be extremely upset at the party. I probably would bring a lawsuit.

Maybe. In Florida it was the legislation that made the decision. They would have to sue the Florida legislation. By the way it is a Republican dominated legislation.

In Michigan, they jumped on the vote early bandwagon instead of waiting their turn like all the other states.

The problem is they'd most likely get counter sud for braking the clearly laid out & agreed to rules.

I'm thinking about getting my Lawyer buddy in Florida to round up some voters in Florida and file a class action lawsuit against the DNC to force them to count the delegates.


But truely the entire demo delegate selection process is unfair and likely unconstitutional due to the proportional system of awarding more delegates to democrat congressional districts even though the same number of voters exist in every congressional district. How can Clinton have won Texas by 4% and came out with fewer delegates.

The legislation was introduced by a democrat and it passed the Florida congress by 100%, not one democrat voted against it. So to claim that the Republicans in FL did this is being intellectually dishonest, but you know from you I would not expect you to be honest.

In addition why should the voters of FL and MI be punished for something the state house did?

I am not qualified to say what the actual legality of removing delegates from being counted but from what I do understand it appears to be a very pobable and justified lawsuit against the DNC.

With all the types of protection for making sure every vote is counted I'd think the delegates would have as much protection. Maybe I'm wrong on that since a party can set it's own rules, but are those rules in violation of a federal law?

I'd like to really know if a lawsuit could over turn the DNC's choice to not allow them.

MI and FL will be fully counted, just not the way Hillary wants them to count. The Super Delegates will not allow Hillary to go the convention and attempt a brokered convention and will shut down Hillary after the primary state votes.

Then the FLA voters won't have nothing to bitch about...except to be pissed off b/c Hillary LOST!!!

Obama has BEATEN Hillary in every important METRIC used for deciding who will win the Democratic Primary.

Obama has already secured enough SD already.....however, everyone is just allowing Hilllary and her remaining voters to go thru the motions.
