We may as well forget the convention's and any voting between McCain and Obama and just give it to Obama as the next president f the U.S.A.
The Lib's will vote for him, the Independent's and most rebub's won't even bother to vote because there is not much of a difference between Obama and McCain (except McCain cheated on his wife and how any god fearing Bill Clinton Hating Repub could vote for McCain with knowing that would go straight to Hell).
Good my life was better when Bill was office anyways and gas only costed around $1.50 a gallon.

This is the problem with your statement...and again, the point is missed with people who make statements like this. I don't give a crap if BJ Clinton cheated on his wife (who could blame him)......I have a problem with him cheating on his wife.....while being on the clock on "OUR" dime while he should have been doing his job. And I have a HUGE problem with the fact that he lied about it....and continued to lie about it while "OUR" money was being spent to prove what he already knew....
You say your life was better when he was in office?....please keep in mind that we were already pulling out of the recession when he was sworn in, so do you really give him the credit? In addition, he ran the country and the White House, like a frat house. So, yeah...I guess you could say his lack of work was a benefit to everyone for the first year he was there......just like a frat house....but anyone with half a brain can see that eventually we pay for that.............THUS.......9/11.....and the wars that followed......and the falling economy. To think that people can't see where it stems from is very scary.

I have a feeling the republicans may have a staged terror attack or some Iran crap up their sleeves . Its already been proven a lot of Americans are cowards all they have to do is stage a terror attack and McCain wins . I look for that to happen.

Bush wanted to get out of office and be able to say no terror attacks on his watch. I imagine right now they are telling him, " george your going to have to take one for the team" we need a attack to get McCain elected.

I bet I am right.

Why does everyone forget the fact that Clinton inherited the WTC bombing within two months of taking office. And the people involved were connected to the CIA and Reagan-Bush's sponsoring of terrorism in Afghanistan against the Russians in Afghanisan and also in the Balkans and other places in the FSU.

My problem with Clinton, both of them, is that they believe in as Hillary puts it, "coercive diplomacy." So, that means that both Bill and Hillary are at least as willing to use the military as Bush has been. The problem that Clinton faced was the Republicans that didn't trust a Democrat going to war. But that has been a constant problem; they didn't want Wilson to go to war; they didn't want FDR to go to war; they didn't want Truman to go to war; they didn't want LBJ to go to war; and they didn't want Clinton to go to war.

In the last six years of the Clinton administration, Republicans controlled Congress, and Congress, and only Congress, has the power to declare war. I am waiting for someone to point to the Declaration of War coming from the Republican Congress between 1994 to 2000.
