What I have against him is lack of experience and in the situation we are in now if we stay or pull out if it is done real poorly we are going to pay and pay big. Regardless my utter dislike for mccain and hillary both either one may want to or say they are going to change the world in a day they are smart enough not to do something stupid enough to cause catastrophic results. When I say stupid I mean with out experience enough to know better. I think if those that do vote we should think of the least pain for the next four years that we can stomach not because the person is a good speaker.

Yeah, that experience thing - well, here's a couple of tidbits in that regard, that not many people know about (and I mean, "generally speaking", you really gotta check into this guy Obama, he's really pretty amazing, all things considered).
So - one thing is, that Obama has been getting "mentored" in foreign policy and foreign affairs, by Sen. Richard Lugar (R-IN). Now, if you know Lugar, he's one of the
sharpest and best behind-the-scenes operators in foreign affairs, no grand-standing on the Senate floor or anything, but
lots of results. So, Obama's been working with
him, and he's a pretty staunch Republican, yes? Hmm.....
Now, the other observation I'll make, and I know this'll sound
very unusual to anyone who's lookin' at this thing through red-and-blue glasses -
But, Obama voters, and
Ron Paul voters, have a
natural affinity!
Why? Because Obama, is a Harvard-trained Constitutional lawyer, that's exactly what he is. And, you don't really hear him saying "much" about that, yet, but you will.
Here is one thing that stands out, to me, about Obama:
the man is in touch. He knows what's going on, "on the ground". He's the exact
opposite in that regard, of a Bush-41 (remember that story, where he went into a supermarket and marveled at the laser scanner, that kinda thing).
My terminology for that, is: "robust integration of models". I can't explain that in a short post, but let's just say, that is a
very noticeable attribute in someone - most people do
not have that - don't come anywhere near it, in fact. But Obama has it, in spades.
Nah, Obama has plenty of experience. He
already has more foreign policy experience, than Bushie or Clinton did. And, from where I stand right now, I
already have a great deal more respect for Obama's judgement, than for Hillary's or McCain's.
As far as "real" conservatives go, I think, Ron Paul was the only one, in "this" campaign. And yes, it is quite noticeable, that "true" conservatives would be reaching across the aisle into the heart of the liberal ranks, to elevate someone like an Obama. But, there it is, right?
This is a truly historic election, in my eyes. They're gonna be talkin' about this one for a
long time. The Bible Belt is already
gone, have you seen the voting maps for Super Tuesday? The Bible Belt ain't there, it's just.... poof..... vanished! And in its place, there are 10 million new votes on the "religious left". Can't blame 'em, can you? I'd be pissed too, if I woke up one morning and realized what kind of a bill of goods I'd been sold by that idiot Bushie and his lyin' stinkin' clowns, may they rot in hell for all eternity.
Yeah, it occurs to me, that our Fool-In-Chief, may have managed to provide us with a genuine public service, in spite of himself! 'Cause I mean, he's the only reason the young people are out in droves right now, and I'll tell you what, it is
great to see, poor kids from the ghetto, in the same polling line as rich kids from Bevery Hills, and they're talkin' to each other and sharin' ideas and they're
genuinely concerned and they
care!!!
Seein' that, gives me hope. Seein' a candidate like Obama, gives me hope.
And I mean, I didn't have that kinda hope, six months ago.
