Then I would say the school wasn't doing their job by law. This should have been immediately turned over to the authorities. She didn't learn (and it is a learned behavior) this at this age. Why should this child have been punished when it is obvious to any moron that she'd been molested.

As far as the boy is concerned, he should have been disciplined for pinching. When we assign adult behavior to children who have no way of understanding it, we run the risk of them growing up too fast.

These are LEARNED behaviors. Five year olds have no clue about sexual harrasment....

Check the parents.

The school (Rob...LCS) did call the police and the parents didn't know the child had been molested until they were all in counciling.

Yes, children mimic, that is why parents need to be careful who is allowed around their children.
