Just goes to show that NO religious doctrine has a place in the public school system.
BTW, Allah is Arabic for "God", the god of the Jews and Christians as well.

there wasn't any indoctrination. it was people trying to quell some of the hatred going on in schools.
do we really want to keep letting school violence go on?
or make the acedemic setting inhospitabal to learning because there is too much harassment going on?

Religion also encompasses ancestral or cultural traditions, writings, history, and mythology, as well as personal faith and mystic experience. The term "religion" refers to both the personal practices related to communal faith and to group rituals and communication stemming from shared conviction.
According to your logic, all practices, communications, convictions are to be banned from schools.
No science, history or literature should be taught in schools? Yikes!
You think only the Homo anal sex and Islam religions should be taught in America.
You must be an Obama cult member.

Non sequitors - Religious doctrines have nothing to do with science, liturature, or history.
Ad hominems - I fully support and advocate a child's individual right to wear crosses, carry their bibles, and pray/read outside of class time. I do Not support forced prayer or required bible readings in public schools.
Perhaps you are too young to remember those latter concerns in school.
Religious doctrines belong at home. They also belong in churches and parochial schools since those institutions are supposed to be supported ONLY by the adherents to that religion.
It is my Constitutional right to avoid supporting your religion through my tax dollars. You have NO Constitutional right to force me to support your religion or it's doctrines.

Allah is Arabic for God
God is English for Allah

I could careless about your hatred for Christianity and how you think "your" religions are better than Christianity. I say this because I'm actually in support of religious freedom for all groups (This includes the Homo anal sex and Islamic religions).
When a group of scientists say the earth is a certain age based on their tools of guessing, that is a shared conviction or religion. Similar to saying Homos are normal.
I went to a large public school in the 70s, there was no prayer, people wearing crosses nor people running around with a bible holding kids at knife point forcing them to pray.
I do remember the school banning T-shirts that advertised beer brands.
We did not have Teachers pushing their religious beliefs that Homos are normal and a religion that endorses blowing up elementary school buses should be studied and respected.
It is my Constitutional right to avoid supporting your religion through my tax dollars. You have NO Constitutional right to force me to support your religion or it's doctrines.
As I recall, when I speak out against your Homo anal sex religion or Islamic religion being taught in schools, I'm called a Homophobe and an Islamicphobe.
I do not want my tax dollars supporting these rapist Teachers telling kids that two guys screwing each other in the ass is something to be proud of and worshiped on an alter in a classroom.
Heteros are born to reject Homo anal sex religion, you can not force your religion on people and expect it to change the way they were born. YOU CAN NOT CHANGE NATURE with your religions.
