BTW, here in CA, it is a STATE law that all public employees report suspected neglect and/or abuse, NOT just teachers.

But, feel free to scapegoat teachers. You are goosestepping right along with all those (mostly) rightwingers who pay lipservice to personal responsibility, but in reality, just want scapegoats to blame for all the real and perceived troubles in their little world.
