Our entire legal system was established by using this Book of Laws as reference. And the "only" way to determine just exactly what our founding fathers had in mind when they drafted the constitution and the bill of rights would be to reference the source. And surely that source does not rest upon the sound of some sitting judges "GAVEL". A true interpretation comes from the halls of congress in the way of an amendment, or in the words found in our constitution, not on outsourced references, some even in consideration of modern European Law.
