You have NO idea what it takes to expell a student.
It is a LOT easier to eliminate a tenured teacher.

What about these people that fight for nothing now and they used to stand for civil rights....and are now a laughing stock .............just a quwstin because I put no stock in them anymore

You don't throw out the constitution of the US because it has parts in it you don't like, nor do you throw out public schools because some are failing.
Allowing people to make the choice of school vouchers will eliminate the need to reform the schools back to places that teach children instead of baby sitting rough necks and heathens who don't want to learn.
The public school system served this nation well for decades and it still will, we just have to put some effort into it again.

Mostly the parents of those rough necks & heathens are & should be held responsible. Kids learn first by the example set at home & should not be a burden to the public school system except in the rarest situations. |

 NACCP: National Association of Child Care Professionals.
Now if I were racist, I would say NAACP but they are almost racist themselves by calling themselves "colored" instead of African American.
But, honestly, the American Civil Liberties Union: is there to cover everyone's butts, if they deserve it or NOT.
