I dunno, times may be changing. My high school children can't be paid to stay home, they actually love school (socially)  & are already chomping at the bit to get off to college.
I have even tried to bribe them to go with me on a day trip or something, & they’ll have nothing to do with it.  |

i don't like school anyway. everyone says college is better, i would just say it's harder |

I hated high school but loved the college years, I didn't finish but found a wife. No need to rush growing up enjoy all phases of your life.
