Hell, why just a leave?

Why not a tutor? Maybe some remuneration for each day missed? A per diem to make up for their lost education during this leave. And why only a few weeks? Why not from the day they find out they are pregnant to say, a year or two after the child is born (don't want to seperate the child from the "mother").

Why not a car? Surely we can't expect these young mothers to shag their kids off to day care when they do come back to school, on a city bus. And a scholarship to at minimum, a state college. We don't want them unable to fend for this/these kids after the leave publich school.

Of course, these young mothers should get foodstamps, WIC, subsidized housing, etc., too.

And of course we can't ask them if they have a right to even be in this country...which brings up another thing. Many of them will need translators since they only speak Spanish.....

I guess that 14 year old can hide the fact she is pregnant right up to the time her offspring impregnates his girlfriend. This thread is not about abortion no matter how much you want to promote the death of the unborn. Its about what can we do to reduce the number of unwanted pregnancies in the first place. If the girl does not get pregnant the abortion is not necessary. What is so difficult about that concept? Or are you worried about your sacrement of abortion being challanged?

Can you tell me specifically how many unwed 14 year olds have children because they are afraid of their Southern Baptist aka crazy parents? Do you think that only Southern Baptist parents are concerned about their 14 year old being in the position you envision? What about Muslim parents? Do you think Muslim parents would willingly support your position?
