Rasta, what would be wrong to issue vouchers, so parents could send their children to sucessful schools? If vouchers were given out, even the poor children would be able to get a quality education.

Because socialists want the Private Schools to be Government owned. Anything less would be Free Market solutions.

Vouchers and Free tuition provided to the Poor and Middle class in a Nation where all Schools are privatized is my answer. You would undoubtedly get a better quality of Education, and you would spend less tax money on Education.

I fail to see the flaws in this.

Vouchers are a great idea. Sadly, no modern examples of a Voucher system are fair to people who get stuck in crap schools the most.
