There are too many distractions that keep our children inside. Parents should keep their children away from these distractions but they should not be attached to them themselves. Parents should excersize with their kids. Excersize and good health are just as important for adults. Instead of spending money each month for cable and video games parents should buy yearly passes for your local gym or recreation center. It will save you money. Also cutting down the amount of junk food that you buy will save more money.
