New Home Sales Climb 3.4 Percent in Nov.

We had waterfront property and on the 2nd hole a golf course in GA. We put our house on the market in Feb '06 and we didn't close on it until August '06. We made money, but not as much as we should have, because we just wanted to get rid of the house. We lost a month's mortgage because we had to move out of state.

I have a friend that is trying to sell his home and he says that right now in Oklahoma it is a buyers market because of so many homes on the market right now. I guess it is time for the buyer to get the most for his buck and the seller to break even right now.
