I can't speak for Rasta, but I don't think you will get one from him. My rule of thumb when I go on the attack is when the attackee stops exchanging barbs, I shut it down and stop actively pursuing the poster. But Ras is a big boy and can take care of himself.

Usually, I would agree with you. In this case, I asked Rassy to leave me alone at least three times. I said it with class and dignity. I even warned him what I would do if he persisted. He chose to keep coming at me and now the ball is in my court. I'll leave him alone once he apologizes for starting this pissing match to begin with. I'm giving him that option and it isn't open-ended. Pretty soon, an apology won't stop my verbal jabs.

I'd like to debate the issues with peaceful exchanges. I tried that approach with Rassy and he took that as a sign of weakness. His mistake. Now I'm in the gutter with him and dealing with him on terms he seems to understand better.

Like I said, an apology is all it takes. We'll see the kind of character he displays and if he's willing to step up to the plate like a man and conduct himself with a little more self control.

He's just a kid struttin' his stuff. The only problem was that he ran up against a blue-collar guy with the attitude to boot. I could point him towards a forum where he could learn more about me and my ways. But... I'll let him figure it out the hard way. The little guy is just finding his own way in this world.
