I can certainly understand the foreigners position of gravity when ascertained by the USA's influence on the rest of the world, but the self-loathing, leftard, American liberal that takes issue with it's own without good reason, just leaves me without a clue.
You raise a good question.
Maybe the Libs feel just like the Euros?

I think you're correct in that assumption, the left wants the US to be restricted by a world order and not what's in the best interest of the US. The White House be damned, the UN is the body that should call the shots. The left wants the US to be seen as an equal player on the worlds stage and not a policy maker, influencer or enforcer, regardless of the barbarity/depravity of the issue at hand.

Feb 9, 2005. Coors Brewing no longer exists. You want a Coors, you go to Molson Coors.

Well, maybe not....

You might need to go to the Molson Coors-SABMiller joint venture CoorsMiller to get that Coors.

When lots of US dollars leave the US to pay for consumables, they need to return and it seems the way the return is when they buy America.

At least those dollars aren't coming back buying military hardware to be used to take the US by invasion and conquest.

Exactly, but how do Liberals expect to benefit from it?
If Liberals do not see more money in their mailbox, they will hate the Euros also?

Let's see....

Reagan rejected the liberal Carter's program for energy independence by moving to sustainable energy and cutting oil imports, calling instead for the US to increase oil imports.

Cheney declared that deficits don't matter.

McCain is, like most all conservatives, happy when jobs are shipped overseas because those workers can go into healthcare and keep healthcare wages low so they must buy cheap imports.

So, as a result, the rest of the world has lots of US dollars that were used to pay for US consumption, and little they want to buy from the US, so they are using all those dollars from Reagan's oil import plan, Cheney's borrow from the world to fund his wars, and McCain's shipping jobs overseas to buy America piece by piece.

Conservatives are selling America to the highest bidder.
