More and more, the government will have to step in and subsidize things. Diesel, home heating fuel, food support and more.

Why don't the oil companies drill more wells in Texas, Oklahoma, Indiana, Pennsylvania? With all their new technology, they can double the amount oil coming from those fields, which were in the past the largest producers in the world.
It is just a conspiracy by the oil companies to increase profits.
Hey, Exxon has not developed Thomson Point in Alaska in 30 years and is fighting a revocation of their oil lease promising that they really will bring it into production as they specify in their 27th oil field development plan. This field is right next to ANWR, so clearly Exxon is just trying to lock up oil lases to boost its stock price and not develop them to drive up prices and profits.

Texas is leading the nation in windmill farm energy, natural gas engines and it did not take a $10 Billion ponzi scheme funded by the taxpayer and stolen by Democrats.
There needs to be more drilling, windmill farms, nuke plants, etc....in AK, FL, NY, MA. ME., NH, VT. WA. and OR.
The states that refuse to contribute to clean energy production, should have to pay a 50% surcharge for all energy consumption.

No new refineries in 15 years.Breakneak demand from china. We still export oil. No new drilling being allowed (ANWAR) .Most goods in this
country are shipped by truck .so when deisel goes up everything else
follows.
The question I have is Why since deisel fuel costs so much less to refine
has it increased so much more than gasoline?

The truckers needed to cut off DC when they protested. If they all blocked the roads or just drove really really slow it would have choked the city all day. That would have gotten the message across faster.

I'm not blaming the gov.. The real people that are causeing this are the ones that are investing in the oil and driving the price up.
That would mean that we all are at fault. Most Retirements are tied up in oil.
