12 years ago we had about 30 to 35 major players in the oil indistry. At the present there are maybe 7. Those 7 have major parters in the middle east, (Saudi Arabia, Kuwate. United Arab emirates.). Our major oil companies have a large say as to when oil prices will rise. Oil appears to be a tool used to control COLA (raises for the SS, Military, Disabled vets and other Entitlements.). These raises are tied to the cost of living in a 3 month period which I believe is Sept thru Oct. It seems very strange that oil prices at the pump are usually very low at this time when compared to other times of the year. You dont really think George would screw the troops in this manner. Do
