    Obama should have known long before the bonus was paid. So is it just another lie for political expedience or is he as incompetent as everyone suggests?

    On March 3rd we know Geithner and some members of Congress knew of these bonuses. So for PBO to claim he was stunned, is to prove he is a fucking liar, out of touch, has no clue what he or his responsibilities are, or just a complete idiot. I say say he's all of these.
