Does anyone know if Nancy Pelosi's Fairness Doctrine will apply to the American Library Association?

Radio does appear to pose the biggest problem for the libs, and also Republicans (remember immigration reform?). They got the networks, a fair share of the cable TV and the newspapers wrapped up.

Hey Commish... Public Libraries are rarely blatently partisan, if ever (I'm not aware of any) in providing information. That is the point. Banning books would make them partisan to even a small degree. There is no need for the appliaction or even the suggestion of a "fairness doctrine". I can go to my librarty and check out information from Mein Kompf to The Anarchists Cookbook. And that is precisely the point. I choose what topics to explore. There is no one there dictating what information is presented in what context.

Ms. Palin fired Ms. Emmons shortly after taking office but changed course after residents made a strong show of support.
