Default This may not be top of the hour, but........

MR. SIEGEL: You’re saying, in fact, the top three issues for the GOP this fall are the war on terror, the war on terror and the war on terror?

MR. ROVE: No, no. I gave you three examples of the war on terror. We can talk about taxes where 85 percent of Democrats in the Congress voted against cutting taxes on income, cutting taxes on families with children, cutting taxes on married couples at work. So my point is, make it a choice between two different candidates.

MR. SIEGEL: We’re in the home stretch, though. And many might consider you on the optimistic end of realism about

MR. ROVE: Not that you would be exhibiting a bias or anything like that. You’re just making a comment.

MR. SIEGEL: I’m looking at all the same polls that you’re looking at every day.

MR. ROVE: No you’re not. No you’re not!

MR. SIEGEL: No, I’m not –

MR. ROVE: I’m looking at 68 polls a week. You may be looking at four or five public polls a week that talk about attitudes nationally, but that do not impact the outcome.

I agree with you BD that Keith has a biased political pundit show -however we are speaking of the actual news broadcasting. Fox takes bias to new levels with the amount of psychological suggestions, outright declarations, inuendo and focus on tabloid stories when the news is not favorable to their bias.

All the news networks have political right and left commentary-I think we are all speaking of the actual delivery of "news".

Speaking of Polls....lets look at he ultimate polling that which takes place at he ballot box......form 1980 to date the executive branch has been in control of the conservative side of politics in 20 of the last 28 years.....anyway one wants to look at this happenstance...that is an ultimate approval rating presented by the American public to the tune of over 66% in favor of conservatism. Go figure. BD

Indirect show of bias, that's your point? Who cares? Not me. If I want news I certainly don't watch FOX or most any other TV for that matter. Besides, it's not as though FOX is the only news source available for those who do get their news from TV.

You could read the covers in line at the local supermarket check out and be better informed than watching Fox News.
So you've seen the hypnotic effect of FOX. Really, what you just did was complain about what other people watch. Do you see a problem with that? I don't think FOX presents much quality news but I'm not going to belittle those who do by calling them lemmings. I think you're taking this too far now.

Nothing last forever! Conservatism in 08 is out of VOGUE! America has seen the NEGATIVE devastating impact Conservatism and Corporatism has had on this country both domestically, economically, and fiscally.

At this stage, conservatives can't bitch and moan about the progressive changes coming down the road; after all conservatives had a 28 year run of polarization, fiscal irresponsibility, failed leadership, and failed corrupt Government.

Actually, there has been a democrat in the white house for 40 of the past 74 years. (see puppet boy, we can play silly ass numbers games too !)

A poll that shows 66% of America favor conservatism ?
Please produce it.....this should be funny.

The last poll that mattered, swept the neo con right out of BOTH houses of congress,,,,and the most recent polls with a genaric Dem vs GOP Presidental race, show the DEMs favored by high single and in some polls, double digits.

    As for Faux (FOX)
The only bullshit stand in town, sells ALL the Bullshit, to ALL the bullshit eaters....a meaningless statistic

You would raise holy hell if NPR or CNN did this during the top of the hour news report on the radio. You are comparing apples to oranges and really are way off base here. Keith Olberman is an 'infotainment/political' show just as Rush Limbaugh has a show or Glenn Beck, those are in no way hard news. You are another one who seems to not be able to distinguish one from the other (or you are just arguing for arguments sake). That is quite telling.
