Well, Medical Malpractice is one thing I would not touch. If a Doctor cuts off the wrong leg, He shoudl be sued for all he's got. Which is why I was against Bush's cap on lawsuits. By the time you pay off lawyers and get your money, that 200,000 aint gonna take care of you if you can't work.
Doctors are on my group of hated people, I am a bit biased myself. But I think it comes down to the primary functions of the courts. That is to be reasonable in settlements, and I don't think Federal Legislation is needed for this. I don't want the Federal Government to have any more power than it already has. In any area of Government or policy, period.
