No it is our government which has failed us and your wanna give them more power. WTF?

Well, Medical Malpractice is one thing I would not touch. If a Doctor cuts off the wrong leg, He shoudl be sued for all he's got. Which is why I was against Bush's cap on lawsuits. By the time you pay off lawyers and get your money, that 200,000 aint gonna take care of you if you can't work.

Doctors are on my group of hated people, I am a bit biased myself. But I think it comes down to the primary functions of the courts. That is to be reasonable in settlements, and I don't think Federal Legislation is needed for this. I don't want the Federal Government to have any more power than it already has. In any area of Government or policy, period.

George O Well
I'm not sure how well nationalization would work. Health care workers salaries would surely be reduced and their proficiency would start to suufer from apathy. In short, our care would not be as good as now.

I sometimes see people from the UK on TV and note that they have poor teeth. Is this due to Nationalized Health care where the dentists just rush them through to squeeze in more patients and make more money, at their expense as an example?

I like Freedom Lovers ideas on the subject best.
