I think this is a crock. The reason being is that I have a hearing loss, there are times that I can't hear news clips or youtube videos and thought has never crossed my mind to sue.

Lady, I too have a hearing loss. Even though I wear hearing aids in both ears there is a four word phrase that I simply can never hear. Maybe the sound waves cancel each other out or something. That phrase is
"Take out the trash" as uttered by my wife

I just read the story. This is the dumbest thing I have ever witnessed. Not enough links in a website so its discriminates? What if I were a Democrat and unable to read? Would Target then need a website that was both link filled and done up in pictographs?

What makes her a dope? She was not complaining to anyone about her hearing problem. She was not saying that she was deserving of any special treatment. Then you come in with telling her to turn up the TV or look at the closed captions.

You then post about how being handicapped is horrible, which depending on the handicap, I would agree. Do you see the inconsistency in that you criticize someone who isn't complaining about a deficiency. Are only some handicaps or deficiencies legitimate in your eyes? Only an asshole would make the statement you made in response to that.
