I'm writing this post in hopes of encouraging some to sign a petition in behalf of Dog Bounty Hunter. Dog Bounty Hunter who's actually Duane Chapman, who gained fame after catching a fugitive rapist Andrew Luster in June of 2003. His son Leland Chapman and associate Tim Chapman were also with Duane Chapman, so it was the three of them who captured Andrew Luster.
Luster was convicted of 86 counts of rape and illegal weapons charges. (Three different rape victims were involved in the charges.) Luster would drug his victims unconscious, and then rape and torture them while unconscious. He would video tape these rapes to view for his own enjoyment afterwards. (The Police gained possession of these video tapes, which adventually led to the rape charges against Luster)
Yet! Bounty Hunting is illegal in Mexico, So Duane Chapman, son Leland Chapman and associate Tim Chapman were arrested in Mexico at the time they caught Andrew Luster. They were charged with a misdemeanor and relased on bail. They were advised by their Attorney to just leave Mexico and never return in June 2006. So they returned to the U.S. thinking it was all over and done with.
But catching Andrew Luster in Mexico led to them receiving their own Television Series titled: Dog Bounty Hunter on A & E. But three years later in September 2006, the Mexico President signed extradition papers to have Duane Chapman, son Leland Chapman and associate Tim Chapman extradited back to Mexico.
So in September 2006 Attorney General of U.S. Alberto Gonzalez signed the order to have Duane Chapman, son Leland Chapman and associate Tim Chapman arrested, and the three were arrested, but released on bail, until their court hearing comes up in November as to whether they will be extradited back to Mexico. (Note the name of U.S. Attorney General Alberto Gonzalez)
So I ask readers to consider signing a petition to free Duane Chapman, son Leland Chapman and associate Tim Chapman at:

I will make the following arguement for their cause. First: Their were no victims left behind in Mexico, and a fugitive rapist was brought back to justice in the U.S where he's currently serving a 124 year sentce. Some feel like these three men Duane Chapman, son Leland Chapman and associate Tim Chapman took a rapist off the streets. Evidence was also found on Andrew Luster at the time he was captured in Mexico that indicated that Andrew Luster was planing to commit more rapes and creating more victims.
So Mexico should be happy that a serial rapist from the U.S. was taken off their streets. It makes no sense to prosecute a Bounty Hunter for taking him off the streets. Perhaps Mexico should consider changing some of their laws.
I want to share some quotes from an article wrtten in by Stephen Dinan- The Washington Times- Dated April 15, 2005. Readers can read full article at:

Quotes : "One million people facing immigration proceedings have been released into the general population .....Jonathan Cohn, a deputy assistant attorney general, told the panel that court decisions over the years will result in the government having to release dangerous criminal aliens as well.
The aliens that are being released include murderers, rapists and child molesters
" UNQUOTE
Notice that from the quotes above that some of the illegal Mexican immigrant criminals released into the general population were (Murders)(Rapist)(Child Molesters) Yes! The U.S. freed without prosecution (Murders)(Rapist)(Child Molesters!)
But I personally believe that if illegal mexican immigrants can commit (MURDER)(RAPE)(Molest Children) All these crimes in the U.S. Then Be Set Free Into The General Population, then our government should consider denying the extradition of Duane Chapman, son Leland Chapman and associate Tim Chapman to Mexico
Yet! I want to point out that not all of the one million immigrants set free last year were criminals. It's just that there were a certain percent of criminals among them.
I'm sharing another quote from an article titled:Invation USA ( Illegal-alien offenders flout U.S. justice system (Don't Ask Policies) easy access to bail, deportation put criminals back on street.) Posted: February 18, 2006 610 P.M. Eastern

While awaiting trial for the drug charge, Lopez-Gomez was freed on $10,000 bail and turned over to U.S. Department of Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Denver detention center. In early September, he was transferred to El Paso, Texas, and from there, deported to Mexico. Ten weeks later, he was back in Colorado Springs, masterminding the kidnap of a wealthy Colorado businessman.)Unquote:

Notice in quote above, that Lopez-Gomez (Illegal Mexican Alien), who was waiting trial for drug charges, was turned over to U.S. Department of Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Denver, and then freely deported back to Mexico without facing drug charges against him.(Just to come back to add kidnapping to his rap sheet.)
The point is: Another example of an illegal mexican alien commiting crime in U.S. but set free and deported back to Mexico. Also! The original Drug charge was actually dropped after he returned and was charged with kidnapping.(He never did have to face his drug charges in U.S.)
There seems to be a great number of illegal Mexican aliens committing crimes in the U.S. Then being set free and deported back to Mexico, with out ever having to face the U.S. court system for their crimes.(Just to come back to the U.S. and commit more crimes.)
Again: Why should Duane Chapman nicknamed (Dog), son Leland Chapman and associate Tim Chapman be expected face charges in Mexico, when illegal Mexican aliens don't have to face their charges in the U.S.? Especially when we consider that their crime in Mexico was actually taking a fugitive rapist off the streets, so Andrew Luster can't harm another woman.
